As some of you know Purl by the Sea closed 9/2009 but I am here to tell you that we have just re-opened in the same lovely spot! We are just coming off our Grand Re-Opening Party held 3/19/11 and we were lucky enough to have Rosemary Drysdale doing a book signing on her latest book Entrelac along with Carla Scott, editor in chief of Knit Simple and Vogue Knitting magazines do a slide show and bring a huge truck show of all the garments in the latest magazines. It was so good to see so many of our previous customers back and happy! We are open at 34 South Erie Avenue (lower level) Wed-Mon 1:00 to 6:00. We are just putting together a schedule of classes which will be held on Saturday and/or Sunday 10:00 - 12:00 am or 6:00-8:00 pm please give us a call 631-668-7875 to get an e-mailed copy of our schedule Thank you so much for the great write up!
