this post is hilarious!! I thought I knew everything about you (side note — I actually thought about you when I read the article in New York Magazine about ‘Ugly Shoes Throughout the Years’ or something like that) but I had never heard about the dentist or the driving instructor!

You and sports movies and me and prison movies — I love almost all films about prison. We should see that one where they organize a football team in prison — we are the total target audience apparently!

ack! learning to drive in new york – in chinatown – sounds scary! I’ve only driven in the city once, and that was the u-haul when moving here when i got lost on canal street during christmas. believe me, that was enough! color me impressed
